Karen Singer is a fictional housewife and murder victim and a minor character featured on the CW Network television series Supernatural. She was portrayed by actress Elizabeth Marleau in her first appearance in a nightmare from the season three episode "Dream a Little Dream of Me". In the season five episode "Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid" and the season seven episode "Death's Door", she was played by actress Carrie Anne Fleming.

Karen Singer was the wife of Bobby Singer. Karen became a victim of demonic possession, which forced Bobby to inadvertently kill her. This event is what pushed Bobby towards becoming a monster hunter.
