Karen is a fictional uptight entitled white woman, aka a "Karen", and the main character as well as antagonist from the 2022 independent feature film Amityville Karen. She was played by actress Lauren Francesca. Karen was a full-tilt mega-bitch when she was just a normal human being, but after downing a few draughts of cursed wine, she somehow became even worse.

Karen just needs a little "Me" time.
Karen was an uptight quality control inspector who was critical, demanding and very high maintenance. Simply put... she was a real bitch. She judged everyone around her both in her professional life and her personal life. Crossing her would most assuredly prompt Karen to contact one's supervisor. Karen got involved with inspecting a local winery that was preparing to kick off a very special launch party. Tensions were kept at an elevated high whenever Karen say around, for her final say could make or break a business. In fact, she already had her eye on shutting down a new winery before it even got off the ground.
This is how you deal with a Karen.
Karen stole a bottle of wine that was going to be presented at the launch party. This particular bottle was made from the blood of the victims of the infamous Amityville murders. After consuming the wine, Karen grew even more demanding and out of control. She accosted her neighbors, she berated local utility men, and she treated local business interests with nothing but contempt.
To make matters worse, the already unbearable Karen grew even worse as the tainted wine continued to affect her. She went on a murder spree attacking a wine maker named Troy, the members of a band that the winery had booked for entertainment, and two of her neighbors. At the launch party, held at Karen's house, beer & wine professional Alex decided that he had had enough. Karen attacked Alex in the kitchen and Alex fought back. He picked up a corkscrew and stabbed Karen in the eye, ultimately killing her.
