Biography[]
Kapoor was an adult male during the post-reconstruction period following the zombie apocalypse. He was the sheriff of The Commonwealth community in Ohio. Sheriff Kapoor was called in after it was discovered that Carl Grimes had illegally destroyed a roamer on his property that had been the personal property of Hershel Rhee. Kapoor let him off easy and told him that he wasn't going to arrest him, but as he did have to report the matter, Carl Grimes was then required to appear at a hearing. Sheriff Kapoor was present during Carl's initial hearing and again at a second hearing administered by Judge Michonne Hawthorne, after evidence surfaced of a repeated offense.
