Biography[]
This individual was a version of Kang from an undisclosed variant timeline. Along with the Kangs of two other realities, he formed the Council of Kangs. The purpose of this organization was to clean up the divergent timelines created by other Kangs throughout the multiverse. This councilor voted to execute the Kang from Earth-267 due to his failure to take control of the reality by accidentally inciting a global nuclear war.
Later, this Kang was sneaking about when he came upon the leader of their council. The first councilor brought this Kang to his central robotics lab and showed off the arsenal of technology and weaponry at his disposal. He also revealed his plan to do away with the third councilor, who returned to the 41st century where he mourned over the body of his lover Ravonna Renslayer - as he has done for more than fifty years. The second Kang took great offense to this, and councilor revealed that he had no cause to mourn Ravonna, for she was still alive. When the Kang Councilor revealed a still-living Ravonna, the second Kang rushed to her side. The Kang Councilor triggered a concealed floor cannon, which shot and killed the second councilor. [1]
