"The Eerie Man Spider" (怪奇蜘蛛男) is the first episode of the Kamen Rider live-action superhero adventure series. It was directed by Kôichi Takemoto with a script written by Masaru Igami. It first aired on the Mainichi Broadcasting System and NET in Japan on April 3rd, 1971.

- Kamen Rider was created by Shotaro Ishinomori for a Manga series in 1971. The series was adapted into a live-action program that same year produced by the Toei Company and Ishinomori Productions. It ran for ninety-eight episodes from 1971-1973. The series spun out into numerous sequel programs and films.
- The Japanese title for this episode is "Kaiki Kumo Otoko".
- This episode is also known by the title "The Mysterious Spider Man".
