Biography[]
Kam Solusar was born the son of Ranik Solusar, who was a Jedi Knight who fought during the Clone Wars. Despite the restrictions prohibiting emotional detachment, Ranik fell in love and sired a child, for which he was reprimanded by the Jedi Council. Kam was born sometime shortly prior to the end of the Clone Wars.
During the Jedi Purge, which was conducted following the institution of Order 66, the Solusars went into hiding. Kam grew up always in fear of being hunted down by the Dark Jedi in service to Darth Vader. Ultimately, Kam Solusar was discovered, and Sheev Palpatine converted him to the Dark Side of The Force.
Ten Years after the Battle of Yavin, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker found Kam Solusar and succeeded in drawing him back towards the light. He became a student at Luke's Jedi Praxeum on Yavin IV in 11 ABY. Kam Solusar met and eventually married another of Luke's students, Tionne.
