The Ka Stone is a fictional mystical item featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is associated with the Fantastic Four, the New Warriors, and Nova and is most commonly seen adorning the brow of Anath-Na Mut, aka the Sphinx. It first appeared in Nova #6 in February, 1977 in a story titled "And So... The Sphinx!"
