K7-Leetha is the name given to a parasistic entity featured in comic books published by Image Comics. It is associated with the Spawn line of titles and first appeared in Spawn #1 in May, 1992. Though rarely identified by name, K7-Leetha appears in nearly all Spawn stories that involve the character of Al Simmons.
Biography[]
K7-Leetha is the name attributed to a parasitic entity born and fostered in Hell. When the Malebolgia created new Hellspawn, he bonded these entities to the human host, which bonded to their physical essence, taking on the form of a costume. These parasites were comprised of necroplasm and bonded to their hosts for life. Though largely genderless, K7-Leetha had a feminine persona and was a daughter of the Seventh House of K.
