Justice Mills is a futuristic law-enforcement officer featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in Thor #371 in September, 1986.
Biography[]
Mills was a member of the Federal Police Special Services from the futuristic reality dubbed Earth-869371. An alien parasite called the Zaniac had brutally murdered the mayor of Brooklynopolis during a public event, which ultimately sparked World War VII. Justice Mills ended up fighting the Zaniac and took down the host body with a blast from his laser weapon. However, the alien parasites that had infected the host had escaped.
