Julie Parrish was an American actress born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on October 21st, 1940. She played the role of Miss Piper in the first part of the "The Menagerie" episode of the original Star Trek television series. In 1978, she played a Salem Quaker in the television adaptation of H.G. Wells' The Time Machine. Parrish passed away in Los Angeles, California on October 1st, 2003 at the age of sixty-two.
