Julie Caitlin Brown is an American television actress born in San Francisco, California on January 21st, 1961. Her first work in the sci-fi genre was playing Tai Kajada in "The Passenger" episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She also played Vekor in parts 1 and 2 of "The Gambit" episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

From 1994 to 1998, Julie played the female Narn known as Na'Toth on the television series Babylon 5. She was a credited cast member on the show throughout series one, but did not appear in all of the episodes. Brown also played a character named Guinevere Corey in the season 2 episode "There All the Honor Lies".
