Biography[]
Judith McGivney was a broad-shouldered log-cutter, who worked with a man named Wayne Jordan. She didn't realize that Wayne Jordan was actually Superman, who was attempting to carve out a new identity for himself. When the weather began turning nasty, she offered Jordan a ride back to camp in her truck.
On the way back to the camp, Judith spotted smoke coming over a ridge, which was the result of a controlled fire that had gotten away from the attending park rangers. "Jordan" super-sped flew away to rescue the trapped rangers. When he came back, he revealed himself as Superman to Judith.
Judith brought Superman back to the camp and offered him a hot beverage. She joked about knowing too many of his secrets, and now he would be forced to take her on as a partner. As the two laughed, Superman's adversary, Conduit appeared. He fired an energy blast from his gauntlet into Judith's back, killing her.
