"When Meet the Immortals!" is the title to the first story featured in issue #125 of the Journey Into Mystery ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written and edited by Stan Lee with artwork by Jack Kirby and inks by Vince Colletta. It was lettered by Artie Simek. The second story in this issue is a "Tales of Asgard" feature titled "The Queen Commands". It was also crafted by the team of Lee, Kirby, Colletta, and Simek. Kirby and Colletta also rendered the cover art illustration to this issue. This issue shipped with a February, 1966 cover date and carries a cover price of .12 cents per copy.

- The comic book version of Thor was created by writers Stan Lee & Larry Lieber and artist Jack Kirby based on the figure from Norse mythology. He first appeared in Journey Into Mystery #83 in August, 1962.
- This is the final issue of the original run on Journey Into Mystery. The numbering sequence continues in Thor, Volume 1 beginning with issue #126. The series resumes its Journey Into Mystery title in November, 1996 with Journey Into Mystery #503, "A Gathering of Heroes".
- This issue is reprinted in black and white in the Essential Thor, Volume 2 trade paperback collection in July, 2005. It is also reprinted in Marvel Treasury Edition #3 in 1974, the Marvel Masterworks: The Mighty Thor, Volume 4 hardcover collection in 2005 and the Mighty Thor Omnibus, Volume 2 hardcover collection in August, 2013.
- Thor and Hercules first encountered one another in Thor Annual #1.
- This is the first and only appearance to date of Willie, who is a railroad worker.
