Joshua Kale is a fictional cult leader and a recurring character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in Adventure Into Fear #13 in April, 1973.
Biography[]
Joshua Kale was the grandfather of Jennifer and Andy Kale. He was also the leader of a cult that operated out of the swamps outside Citrusville, Florida. Like many in his family line, Joshua was the keeper of the Tome of Zhered-Na. When the tome was stolen from him, Joshua gathered his fellow cultists together in an effort to conduct a ritual which would prevent a horde of demons from entering the Earth dimension
