Biography[]
Joshua Itobo was a native of the African nation of Wakanda and was a scientist and Royal physician to King T'Challa, also known as the Black Panther. During an incident where T'Challa's half brother, Jakarra, was transformed into an inhuman monster, Doctor Itobo developed a serum that the Black Panther administered to the monster, ultimately bringing him down. During T'Challa's convalescence following the battle, Doctor Itobo presided over his well being, monitoring the effects of Vibranium radiation that T'Challa had been exposed to. After conducting a series of tests, Doctor Itobo determined that the Black Panther had developed extrasensory perception, including precognitive flashes of future events. [2]
