Biography[]
Joseph Chambers was an elderly man from England who worked as a cabinet minister in the mid 1970s. One of his responsibilities was being entrusted with the destructor codes that controlled all of the world's nuclear missiles. Hilda Winters of the Scientific Reform Society made a bid to take control of the world's nuclear arsenal, and sent the Experimental Prototype Robot K1 to Chambers' estate. K1 killed Chambers and used his disintegration ray to destroy the safe containing the codes.
