Jorge Concepcion worked at the Arecibo Ionospheric Observatory in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. U.S. F.B.I. agent Fox Mulder flew to Arecibo to investigate strange radio transmissions from the Voyager I space probe. He found Jorge, who was in a state of severe panic and agitation. Jorge drew an image in dust on the side of a wall, depicting an alien head. As Mulder worked with the equipment, Jorge's fear intensified and he fled from the bunker and ran outside. Mulder chased after him and found him lying against a tree, dead. He appeared to have been frightened to death. Mulder brought the body inside and recorded his observations.
