Jolene Blalock is an American actress and model born in San Diego, California on March 5th, 1975. She left home at seventeen to pursue a career in modeling and traveled extensively across Europe finding work in print ads and runway shows. Returning to the United States in the late 1990s, she turned her attention towards acting and got her first job in a bit role in the "Veronica's Breast Efforts" episode of Veronica's Closet. She then went on to play another bit role in Love Boat: The Next Wave. Her first film role was playing the Greek character Medea in the 2000 television movie version of Jason and the Argonauts.
In 2001, Jolene Blalock received her first major TV role. She was cast to play Vulcan Science Officer T'Pol on the UPN science fiction series Star Trek: Enterprise. Wearing a short-cropped brown wig to obscure her long, un-Vulcan-like blonde hair, she was a regular cast member on the series and appeared in all 98 episodes. During the season 2 summer break, Blalock appeared as a Jaffa high priestess named Ishta in the season 7 episode of Stargate SG-1 entitled "Birthright". She reprised the role of Ishta in the season 8 episode "Sacrifices".
