The Jokermobile is a fictional vehicle featured in comics published by DC Comics. It relates to the Batman line of comic titles and first appeared in Batman #37 back in October, 1946.

The Jokermobile is basically a souped up sports car of indeterminate model and design, but is specially designed to fit the needs of its owner, the Joker. It was cosmetically themed to reflect the Joker's personality, including a large effigy of the Joker's face mounted on the front. This was one of two such vehicles used by the Joker, the other being the Jokercopter. The Jokermobile was designed as a counter-measure against Batman's vehicles, specifically, the Batmobile.

There have been several models of Jokermobile, as every time the Joker was defeated, his Jokermobile was invariably confiscated and decommissioned. A second and third model was manufactured, but these too had a short lifespan. The Joker returned to his original model during his brief partnership with Metropolis mad scientist Lex Luthor.

The Jokermobile had bulletproof siding and was equipped with machine guns in both the front and back. The body of the vehicle covered most of the wheels to protect them from being blown out.
