Biography[]
During a time when Johnny Peril was wanted for a crime he didn't commit, he came upon a runaway girl that he nicknamed "Princess". Princess had run away from her foster parents, Biff and Ma Flack. Johnny took the girl in for a spell and kept her at his hideout. He used his last handful of dollars and even sold his watch to buy her a doll and a doll carriage. Johnny then became involved in a police investigation, which ultimately revealed the girl's true name, Joan Fleming. She had been abducted from her family by her uncle and Johnny helped to see her safely returned. [1]
It was around this time that the man who had framed Johnny was in an automobile accident and taken to the hospital. The man confessed his crimes and Johnny was exonerated.

Notes & Trivia[]
- The character of Johnny Peril was created by writer and artist Howard Purcell.
- Although this character was originally introduced during the Golden Age era of DC Comics' publishing history, which is often retroactively attributed to the reality designated Earth-Two, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
