John Minor is a fictional high school student & murder victim, and a supporting character featured in the Slumber Party Massacre film franchise. Played by actor Jim Boyce, he appeared in the 1982 slasher film The Slumber Party Massacre.

Biography[]

John Minor was a high school student and the boyfriend of Diane. He came over to secretly hook up with Diane in the garage at the residence of the Devereaux family at 3664 Mountain View Avenue. The serial killer Russ Thorn beheaded John in the driver's seat of his car. When Diane opened the door, John's head rolled off his neck, causing her to scream. [4]

  • John Minor is the ninth confirmed murder victim of Russ Thorn. He is the fourth murder victim from the 1981 massacre. He is the second male victim after David Contant. The names and genders of Russ Thorn's first five victims from his 1969 massacre are unknown.
