Biography[]
John Ikos lived as a resident of the town of Barrow, Alaska. Ikos worked as a trapper and primarily kept to himself. He was a survivor of the 2001 "event", in which a horde of vampires invaded the town during a month long sunless winter.
Three years later, a second vampire horde, led by a German vampire named Werner, descended upon Barrow. John Ikos warned the new sheriff, Brian Kitka, about the threat they soon would face. When the vampires attacked, John coordinated his efforts with Brian and his deputy, Donna Sikorski.
John led the charge with other residents, who had amassed an ample supply of firearms. They attempted to defend the watchtowers and generators, but the vampires, also armed managed to break through.
Werner got the drop on Deputy Donna Sikorski and was about to kill her when John Ikos attacked him from behind. Werner charged at Ikos who threw a large knife that impaled the vampire right in the center of the head, killing him. Soon after, John and the others were able to drive off or destroy the remaining vampires, with some unexpected help from Eben and Stella Olemaun.
