Josephine "Joey" Pulaski is a fictional comic book supervillain and a minor recurring character featured in titles published by Marvel Comics. She is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and is associated with the Spider-Man family of comic titles. She first appeared in Amazing Fantasy, Volume 1 #16 in December, 1995.

Joey Pulaski was a young mutant who worked briefly for the Kingpin to slow down the construction of a building, so finally the owner could accept to give it to Fisk. She was one of the first super-powered friends of Spider-Man until he had to end their friendship to stop her and take her to the authorities. [1]
