Biography[]
Joachim Weiss is an Augment and the son of Joaquin Weiss, a loyal disciple to the rule of Khan Noonien Singh. Joachim was born sometime in the late 20th century and was placed into exile with his father aboard the SS Botany Bay in 1996. After Khan failed in his attempt to take control of the USS Enterprise in 2267, his followers and he were marooned on the planet Ceti Alpha V. Joachim grew to manhood on this harsh, desolate world and eventually became Khan's right-hand man following the death of his father.
In 2285, the USS Reliant came to Ceti Alpha V believing that it was actually Ceti Alpha VI. Khan and his crew took command of the Reliant and attempted to gain revenge against the Enterprise captain James T. Kirk for abandoning them fifteen years earlier. The Reliant faced the crew of the Enterprise in the Mutara Nebula and Joachim was killed in the battle.
