Josefina "Jo" Lupo is a fictional sheriff's deputy and one of the main characters on the science fiction television series Eureka. Played by actress Erica Cerra, she was introduced in the show's pilot episode and has been credited in all seventy-seven episodes of the series. Jo Lupo is initially presented as the take-no-prisoners, ultra-militant deputy of Eureka, Oregon, originally working under Sheriff William Cobb. After Cobb retired, she began working under the town's new sheriff, former US Marshal Jack Carter. She later became the head of security for Global Dynamics.
