Jessica Hamby is a fictional character from "The Southern Vampire Mysteries" series of novels written by Charlaine Harris. The novels have been adapted into the popular HBO television series, True Blood, where the role of Jessica Hamby was played by actress Deborah Ann Woll. Jessica was presented as a minor character in season one, having been turned into a vampire by the character of Bill Compton. With season two, Deborah Ann Woll became a regular cast member on the series and the role of Jessica Hamby became much more prominent.

- Hypnosis: As a vampire, Jessica has the ability the mesmerize human subjects, which they call glamouring. She can compel them to obey her will.
- Super-speed: As a vampire, Jessica Hamby has enhanced speed and agility. She can run short distances at an accelerated rate of speed, but likely cannot maintain this speed for long periods of time.
- Regeneration: By drinking blood, Jessica Hamby can heal from injuries at an accelerated rate. Due to her youth and the fact that she was a virgin before she was turned, this also includes her hyman, which regenerates every time she has sex.
