Biography[]
Jenny Gordon and her uncle, Dan Gordon, came to live in San Francisco in 1999. They moved to Prescott Street, right next door to the Halliwell Manor. Jenny, in a state of disarray, came to the house begging them to use their telephone so she could call her mother in Saudi Arabia. Phoebe Halliwell let her in, and Dan followed after her, apologizing for his niece's behavior.
Phoebe later visited Jenny on the steps of her home. Jenny complained about Dan's inability to understand her needs, particularly when it came to purchasing the correct feminine hygiene products. Phoebe realized that Jenny needed a female presence in her life and told her that her door was always open. [1]
