Jennifer Braddock is a fictional teenager and a central character featured in the Pumpkinhead film series. Played by actress Ami Dolenz, she appeared in the 1993 horror movie Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings.
Biography[]
Jennifer "Jenny" Braddock was the teenage daughter of Sean Braddock and Beth Braddock. She was born in New York City, New York around the year 1976. As a teenager, she was known as something of a wild child, and did some things which caused some great embarrassment for her family.
In 1993, when Jenny was approximately 17-years-old, the Braddocks moved to her father's home town of Ferren Woods. Jenny became involved with the local bad boy, Danny Dixon, who was the son of judge Caspar Dixon. While messing around with her new friends, Jenny played a key role in summoning the demon of vengeance known as Pumpkinhead. This incident also involved accidental injuries against Pumpkinhead's caretaker, an old witch known as Miss Osie. Pumpkinhead was bound to the spirit of Thomas Parnell - a deformed boy who was murdered by members of the Red Wings Auto Club back in 1958. Pumpkinhead sought to avenge Parnell's death by killing the surviving members of the auto club, but also wanted revenge against those who harmed Miss Osie, which made Jennifer an unwitting target of Pumpkinhead's wrath.
Because Sean Braddock had saved Tommy Parnell's life when he was a child (which took place shortly before Parnell's murder obviously), Sheriff Braddock was able to make the Pumpkinhead/Parnell creature recognize him. He convinced Pumpkinhead of his daughter's innocence and the monster spared her life. Moments later, Pumpkinhead was shot and killed by a lynch mob who opened fire on him.

- Although Jennifer Braddock was supposed to be a high school student, actress Ami Dolenz was actually 24-years-old when she portrayed the character.
- Actress Ami Dolenz is the daughter of former The Monkeys drummer, Micky Dolenz. Micky would go on to appear in a horror movie as well, where he would play gun shop owner Derek Allen in Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween in 2007.
