Jenny was a housekeeper who worked for a company called Sunny Holloway, which was based out of Santa Clarita, California. Her job was to perform clean-up services at a club owned by a man named Dustin called the Wandering Cat. Two teenagers named Abby Hammond and Winter tried to break into the back of the club during off-hours so Winter could retrieve her guitar, which Dustin had taken from her. Jenny heard them attempting to pick the lock, and opened the door, surprising them. Abby and Winter came clean and told her the reason they were trying to sneak into the back of the club.
