Overview[]
Jeffrey Garth was presented as a stern man with little patience and even less tact. As a former student of occult scholar Professor Van Helsing, he professed to be an open-minded individual, but held that science was the keystone towards truth. Garth's assistant was a woman named Janet Blake, whom he was often extremely acerbic towards, but inwardly, he harbored a deep love for her.
