Jeff Hagees is a fictional comic book costumed villain who goes by the name of 8-Ball. Why 8-Ball? Because all of the other cool super-villain names were already used up. He appears in comics published by Marvel Comics and is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe.

- Pool stick: 8-Ball uses a specially designed jet-propulsion pool stick. Yeah... 'cuz they're just so dang useful, aren't they?

- The character of Jeff Hagees was created by writer Bob Budiansky and artist Bret Blevins.
- Has been called "The Crook With the Jet Propelled Cue Stick".
- 8-Ball derives his code name from the 8-ball game piece used in pool, which is the most important ball utilized in the game other than the cue ball. It is colored black with the number eight inside of a white circle. 8-Ball's helmet is of a similar design.
- A second unnamed individual took up the code name and equipment of 8-Ball after Jeff Hagees was killed by the Wrecker. This man became a member of the Inklings, and possessed a portion of an alien symbiote.
