Jeesala, also known as Jeesala of de Thousand Years (phonetic spelling based on her accent), is a fictional voodoo practicioner and a minor recurring character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is associated with the Werewolf by Night comic book series and first appeared in Werewolf by Night #29 in May, 1975.
Biography[]
Jeesala was a witch living in Haiti. She was sought out by Raymond Coker after his aunt and uncle had been killed in a Zombie attack. [1]
She thought that he had come seeking her help to rid him of the werewolf curse, but when she realized he needed help against Zombies, she referred him to Brother Voodoo. [2]
