"Year of the Dragon" is the fifth episode of season two of the superhero action series Isis, and the twentieth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Hollingsworth Morse with a teleplay written by Ann Udell. It first aired on CBS on Saturday morning on October 16th, 1976. In this episode, one of Andrea Thomas' student, Julie Chen, is reluctant to have her friends meet her father because of his old fashioned ways.

- This is the eleventh and final episode of The Secrets of Isis directed by Hollingsworth Morse. This is his third episode from season two. He previously directed "The Cheerleader".
- This is the second and final episode of The Secrets of Isis written by Ann Udell. It is her only episode from season two of the series. She previously wrote the season one episode, "Lucky".
- This is the fifth appearance of Rennie Carol. She appeared last in "The Cheerleader". She appears next in "Now You See It...".
