Irwin Schwab, also known as Ambush Bug, is a fictional adventurer, and a recurring character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He first appeared in DC Comics Presents #52 in December, 1982.

- The character of Irwin Schwab was created by writer Paul Kupperberg and artist Keith Giffen.
- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
- In "New 52" continuity, Irwin Schwab was a field reporter for Channel 52.
