The Ironettes are a fictional dancing troupe featured in the continuity of the Marvel Movies Universe. They made a brief appearance in the opening scenes from the 2010 movie Iron Man 2.

The Ironettes are a group of attractive young women in the employ of Stark Industries. They are a dance crew who performed at the 2008 [1] Stark Expo in New York City. They wore costumes that were designed in the style of Tony Stark's Iron Man armor, but with notable pieces stripped away so as to be more evocative. During their routine, the Ironettes employed a hand gesture as one of their dance moves, pantomiming the effect of Tony Stark firing a repulsor blast.
