The Iron Man Foundation was established by Tony Stark as a subsidiary of Stark Industries. It was developed to help provide fair housing opportunities to low-income communities. One of the Iron Man Foundation benefactors was located in Bay City, Michigan. Tony Stark coordinated events with city councilman Lyle Bradshaw.
The costumed activist/terrorist known as Firebrand attacked a rally that involved protesters and police officers.
