It was illustrated by Terry Shoemaker with inks by Bud LaRosa. It was colored by Christie Scheele and lettered by Jason Levine and Richard Starkings of Comicraft. It was edited by Bobbie Chase. This issue shipped with an August, 1999 cover date and carries a cover price of $3.50 per copy (US).
