"Raiders' Rampage!" is the 145th issue of the first Iron Man ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. It was scripted by David Michelinie and co-plotted by Michelinie and Bob Layton. Layton also rendered the cover art illustration and the finishing art. Pencils were by John Romita, Jr. with Roger Slifer on coloring and Joe Rosen on letters. The story was edited by Jim Salicrup with Bob Budiansky as assistant editor. This issue shipped with an April, 1981 cover date and carries a cover price of .50 cents per copy. In this issue, Tony Stark and James Rhodes attend the 24th Annual Conclave of Electronics Engineers and Innovators in Dallas, Texas. Corporate rival Edwin Cord, seeking to out-bid Stark for major S.H.I.E.L.D. contracts, sends his Raiders to the hotel to start some trouble.
