"This Deadly Secret..." is the third episode of season two of the superhero martial arts series Iron Fist and the sixteenth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Toa Fraser with a script written by Tatiana Suarez-Pico. All episodes from season two of Iron Fist premiered on Netflix on September 7th, 2018.
Plot[]
Ward Meachum explodes at his NA meeting because he believes a member of the group told his sister Joy that he had been going there. He furiously storms out of the meeting.
At the urging of Ward Meachum, Danny Rand invites Joy Meachum and Davos over to their place for dinner. Ward is supposed to secretly attend, but misses the meal. During dinner, silent frustrations are given voice as Joy tells Danny and Colleen how angry she is that Danny knew her father was alive and never told her.
Mary Walker, meets Danny Rand on the street and hands him surveillance photos taken of he and Colleen Wing. She doesn't reveal where they came from.
Danny Rand and Colleen Wing attend Sherry Yang of the Hatchets for a parley with the Golden Tigers. Noting something amiss, Danny has Colleen quickly usher Mrs. Yang out of the meeting as the Tigers take up arms. Danny fights up against the Golden Tigers.
