The Irish Civil War Memorial is a fictional landmark and a minor location featured in comic books published by DC Comics. It relates to the Batman of comic titles and first appeared in Detective Comics #706 in February, 1997.
The Irish Civil War Memorial was located in Gotham City along Gotham's East River. It was the site of their annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. A bronze statue commemorating the Union soldiers of the Fighting '69th is located there.
The Memorial site was one of many clues left by the Riddler as part of an ongoing string of clues that he challenged Batman and Robin to solve.
