"The Last Wave Goodbye" is the twenty-second episode of the science fiction television series Invasion and the final episode of the series. It was directed by Lawrence Trilling with a script written by Charlie Craig. It first aired on ABC on Wednesday, May 17th, 2006 at 10:00 pm. In this episode, its hurricane madness once again and the National Guard are called in to Homestead. Unfortunately, most of them are alien hybrids, who are rounding up all of the pregnant mothers who are ready to give birth. Russell Varon and Tom Underlay work together to rescue the hostages, and Larkin Groves suffers a major injury, which forces Tom to take drastic measures.
