Inhumans, Volume 4 is an American comic book limited series of the superhero fantasy and science fiction genres. It stars the extraterrestrial super-powered race known as the Inhumans. It is the fourth comic book series to bear the Inhumans title, and it is the second of such titles released as a limited series. It is the first to be published as a maxi-series. The title was published by Marvel Comics and ran from June 2003 to June 2004, spanning a total of twelve issues. The series was written by Sean McKeever with artwork by Matthew Clark & David Ross, and inks by Nelson DeCastro & Rodney Ramos. It was colored by Dave Kemp of Avalon Studios and lettered by Dave Sharpe. Cover art illustrations for this title were rendered by J.H. Williams, III and José Villarrubia. The series was edited by Marc Sumerak with Andy Schmidt as assistant editor.

The product of experiments on humanity by an alien culture millennia ago, the Inhumans are a race governed by the laws of genetics. The Inhumans have flourished in isolation from humanity within their kingdom of Attilan on the surface of the moon, but what happens when their king decides to send some of his subjects to Earth to learn about humans? Will they be able to integrate into human culture?
