Marvel Cinematic Universe[]
The Inhuman Royal Guard were based out of the palace of Attilan located in the dark area of Earth's moon. They were led by Gorgon Petragon of the House of Agon, who also trained all of the members of the guard. Gorgon's second-in-command, was a woman named Auran. When Maximus Boltagon began scheming to take over the throne, he curried the favor of the Royal Guard. He sent a contingent of guards to Earth to sanction Triton. He then staged a coup on the palace, and had the guards capture Medusa, who was then shorn of her living hair. They attempted to kill Karnak in the Grand Hall, but he managed to defeat the guards and escape. Through the use of the teleporting dog Lockjaw, all members of the Royal Family, except for Crystal, were able to escape to Earth.
Auran manipulated Crystal into using her Inhuman comlink to send a message to Medusa, whereupon they would then be able to track her. Gorgon contacted Maximus directly, challenging him to come and find him.
Auran went to Earth and caught up with Medusa. Medusa won the fight however and delivered a fatal stab wound to Auran. Auran was a healer, and managed to recuperate moments later.
Afterward, she regrouped with other members of the Royal Guard, as well as the uncontrollable Inhuman known as Mordis, and returned to Earth to answer Gorgon's challenge. The Royal Guard faced off against Gorgon and his newly acquired surfer commando friends and were surprisingly defeated.
