Notes & Trivia[]
- The Hulk was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. He first appeared in Incredible Hulk #1 in May, 1962 in a story titled "The Coming of the Hulk".
- This issue is rated Marvel PG.
- This issue shipped in both direct market edition and newsstand edition.
- This issue is Legacy number 510.
- This issue is reprinted in the Incredible Hulk: Return of the Monster trade paperback collection, released in July, 2002.
- This is the twenty-fifth issue of the series under its current title. The first eleven issues of the series were titled as just Hulk.
- This issue features Bruce Banner only. He does not change into the Hulk in this issue. The Hulk only appears on television news footage of the Chicago rampage that was first referenced in Incredible Hulk #34.
- The dialogue balloon on radio broadcast mis-spells Ricky Myers' last name as "Meyers". Guess Richard Starkings & Wes Abbott are still a little sleepy after taking a day off with the letter-less 'Nuff Said issue.
- Sandy Verdugo's prison number is 21835.
