The issue was plotted by Jim Starlin and written by Len Wein. Starlin also provided the interior artwork with inks by Alfredo Alcala. The cover art illustration was composed and inked by Ernie Chan. The issue was colored by Glynis Wein and lettered by Gaspar Saladino. It was edited by Len Wein. The issue carried an April, 1978 cover date and a cover price of 35 cents per copy (US).
