The story was written by Stan Lee with artwork by penciler Herb Trimpe and inker Dan Adkins, who also composed the cover art illustration for this issue. The story was lettered by Artie Simek and edited by Stan Lee. It shipped with a February, 1969 cover date and carried a cover price of 12 cents per copy (US).
