Hyenas are weird little carnivores that are canines, but also embody some feline traits, making them look like some macabre cross-breed of a thoroughly abused junkyard dog and a mangy old alley-cat. Plus, they got that weird laughing thing, which makes them even more bizarre. Hyenas come from Africa, which is where all the best animals come from. They are pack hunters and, like many canines, prefer to catch prey with their teeth, rather than their claws.
