Biography[]
Hurrambi Marlo was the president of the Arab nation of Qurac. As such, he was the leader of one of the world's largest terrorist networks and used Qurac as a safe-haven for fundamental idealists. Marlo's military consisted of advanced hi-tech weaponry far in excess of that used by other Arab nations. Though he always denied it, Marlo was behind an attack on the city of Metropolis that employed hi-tech war machines. Invariably, such action earned him the attention of Superman. [1] Superman came to Qurac demanding answers from President Marlo. [2]
