Huntress: Year One is an American comic book limited series of the superhero fantasy genre. It was published by DC Comics and ran for six issues from early July to late September, 2008. The series was written by Ivory Madison with artwork by Cliff Richards and inks by Art Thibert. Coloring was by Jason Wright and it was lettered by Sal Cipriano. Joan Hilty was the editor on the series with Rachel Gluckstern as associate editor. The sole survivor from a bloody war between the mobs of Gotham City, the young Helena Bertinelli begins a path of vengeance. She chooses to hunt down those responsible for her family's murder as the Huntress!
