Hulk vs. Thor is an American animated film that comprises one half of the Hulk vs. feature film. It was directed by Sam Liu with a script written by Craig Kyle, Christopher Yost, and Frank Paur. It was produced by Marvel Studios & MLG Productions 8 and released direct-to-video by Lions Gate Entertainment on January 27th, 2009.

The Hulk was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. He first appeared in Incredible Hulk #1 in May, 1962 in a story titled "The Coming of the Hulk".
The comic book version of Thor was created by writers Stan Lee & Larry Lieber and artist Jack Kirby based on the figure from Norse mythology. He first appeared in Journey Into Mystery #83 in August, 1962.
